Neo-CLI v 3.1.0   was released on December 2, 2021. The corresponding TestNet was set up on December 6, 2021. The test network has been operating stably for two weeks and  NGD will organize N3 MainNet Upgrade on December 21, 2021, at 8:00 am (UTC)

Pay attention: Neo-CLI v3.1.0 is based on .NET 6.0, so please update your .NET SDK if necessary.
