Neo-CLI v3.9.2  was released on January 21, 2026. It will be deployed to T5 TestNet on January 22 and is scheduled for MainNet on February 3, 2026.

This is a hotfix release for v3.9.0 and includes a hard fork. Upgrading as soon as possible is strongly recommended. Please upgrade before February 3, 2026 to avoid incompatibility issues and full resync. Nodes upgraded before the fork will not require resyncing.

Note: Do not use the old config.json file, and ensure all plugins are updated to the latest version.

• TestNet: Block 12,960,000
