Neo-CLI v3.9.0 TestNet and MainNet Upgrade Notice
Neo-CLI v3.9 was released on January 19, 2026, will be deployed to T5 TestNet on January 21, and is scheduled for MainNet on February 3, 2026.
This release includes a hard fork, and upgrading as soon as possible is strongly recommended. Please upgrade before February 3, 2026 to avoid a full resync. Nodes upgraded before the fork will not require resyncing.
Note: Please do not use the old config.json configuration file version and please install the latest version of plugins.
- TestNet hard fork height: Block 12,960,000
- MainNet hard fork height: Block 8,800,000
Key Updates in v3.9.0
This upgrade mainly includes the following improvements:

Added BIP32 hierarchical deterministic wallet and BIP39 mnemonic phrase support, enhancing wallet security and user experience.
