Neo-CLI v3.10.0 TestNet and MainNet Upgrade Notice
Neo-CLI v3.10.0 was released on June 11, 2026. It will be deployed to the T5 TestNet on June 12 and, pending stable TestNet operation, is planned for MainNet deployment on June 26, 2026.
This release does not activate the Gorgon hard fork and does not require node resynchronization. However, it includes a number of improvements and prepares the network for the future Gorgon upgrade.
Key updates include:
-
Performance optimization, including SHL/SHR fixes, VM JumpTable refactoring, and updated cryptographic verification logic
-
Support for BIP-39 mnemonic wallet import and export
-
Improved transaction validation and error reporting, including a dedicated Expired result and rejection of duplicate Conflicts attributes
-
New DeferredRelay plugin, which automatically relays transactions once they enter the valid relay window
-
New wallet RPC methods and CLI commands: sign, relay, signmsg, and verifymsg
-
Official Docker image for simplified one-command node deployment
-
Enhanced RPC diagnostics, providing greater visibility into contract execution and improving the dApp debugging experience
As no hard fork is activated in this release, nodes upgraded to v3.10.0 will remain fully compatible with the current network and will not require a full resync.
Node operators are encouraged to upgrade before the planned MainNet deployment.
