Following the launch of the Neo X MainNet, we are excited to announce our new and improved NeoPod ambassador program. NeoPod is a structured rewards program dedicated to promoting the Neo ecosystem through community engagement and contributions. Our revamped program offers a variety of tasks for individuals of all backgrounds, skills, and availability. Whether you simply want to contribute by sharing social posts or you aspire to run your own regional community, there is a role for you aboard the NeoPod.

NeoPod participants have the opportunity to earn GAS rewards, with specific mechanisms detailed later in this article. The highest rank in the NeoPod program is eligible for a monthly stipend, while other ranks are able to convert points to GAS or share from a rewards pool.

The new NeoPod is not only designed to help engage and reward the community, but also to provide pathways for personal and professional growth. As you contribute and excel, you’ll unlock opportunities to expand your personal brand and network. Active members may receive invitations to key regional industry and Neo community events, such as the Neo Community Assembly (NCA), offering prospects to advance your career in blockchain and contribute to the future of Neo.

Ambassador Ranks: Operator, Sentinel, and Architect

NeoPod has three core ranks: Operator, Sentinel, and Architect, each with specific requirements, tasks, and benefits.

The program is managed through the Neo Zealy community, with ranks denoted via Discord roles that will be awarded as users progress through the program. Everyone who joins the Neo Discord will be granted the Initiate role. Initiates stand by ready to join the NeoPod and claim their first rank in the program, Operator.

At the Operator rank, Neo community members can earn rewards simply by participating in social media activities, such as sharing social media posts, following new projects, and more. Completing tasks will earn Zealy points, with the top 10 Operators each month sharing from a pool of GAS valued at $1000. Operators can also contribute content such as videos, infographics, and tutorials to climb the leaderboard and prepare themselves for the next rank — Sentinel.

There are two main differences between Sentinels and Operators. Firstly, Sentinels will have more advanced tasks available to them, rewarding them for technical, community, and business related contributions. Secondly, Sentinels will no longer compete for a place in the Zealy top 10 Leaderboard, but can convert their points directly to GAS at a rate of 100 points per 1 GAS.

The highest rank is Architect. At this level, community members will receive a monthly stipend on a case-by-case basis. from Neo and provide mentorship and guidance to Sentinels and Operators. Architects will also be empowered to lead regional communities and receive invites to attend events such as the Neo Community Assembly to contribute ideas that will shape the future of Neo.
